Rudolf Storz opens its doors and
celebrates its 75th anniversary

Emmingen – On Sunday, 8th September 2024, contract manufacturer for medical technology Rudolf Storz will be celebrating its 75th anniversary at its location in Emmingen-Liptingen. The company is organising an open day to mark the occasion. The programme starts at 11:00 a.m. and includes refreshments, a competition and a children’s programme with a bouncy castle and face painting. After the opening by Managing Director Fabian Stuckenbrock and welcoming speeches, guided tours of the company will be offered every half hour.


Rudolf Storz is a successful medium-sized medical technology company based in Emmingen. Rudolf Storz Senior founded the medical technology company in 1949. In doing so, he laid the foundation stone for the Rudolf Storz company, which has developed into a future-orientated contract manufacturer in the medical sector over the last 75 years. The company is celebrating its anniversary on 8th September 2024 at the company site at Friedrich-Wöhler-Strasse 13 in Emmingen-Liptingen with an open day from 11:00 to 16:00. The event offers a varied programme. There will be culinary delights and refreshing drinks as well as an extensive children’s programme. Children can look forward to a large bouncy castle and face painting. All guests will also have the opportunity to capture creative memories of the Rudolf Storz open day in the photo box.
Company tours are also offered every half hour. During these tours, visitors can familiarise themselves with the entire manufacturing process of a surgical instrument. The state-of-the-art CNC machines and the traditional craft of manual instrument production are also on display. Take part in the “Spin the wheel” competition and win small gifts or one of the three main prizes.
